In 1929, Aladar Deutsch, a Hungarian immigrant with an eye for elegance, opened Deutsch French Perfumery in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.
What began as a refined fragrance boutique quickly became a destination for luxury and personal service, blending French sophistication with the charm of Northern Mexico. Over time, the business evolved, shifting its focus toward fine jewelry while maintaining the legacy of beauty and craftsmanship.

This transformation gave rise to Deutsch & Deutsch Fine Jewelry, a multigenerational family business that now spans Texas and beyond.
Nearly a century later, we’re returning to our fragrant beginnings with the launch of DD Fragrance a modern tribute to Aladar’s original vision. This new store honors the past while embracing the future, offering curated scents that celebrate individuality, luxury, and legacy. By reopening our doors to fragrance, we’re not just selling perfume we’re reviving a story.
